With a grounded palette of honest and textural materials, this project is a contemporary response in a heritage context. By reimagining the space with a focus on handmade qualities to create a dialogue that speaks to the markings of time and craftsmanship. Shifting from the soft reddish tones of the brick features to creams and whites, sage greens, terrazzo, terracotta, and warm timbers the home will be softly animated in its own restrained way. The material dialogue of the home reflects the character and personality of its owner, with plenty of soul and warmth. Creating long-lasting memories with friends and family around the kitchen island sharing delicious food and wine.
